Niamh brings with her 15 years of experience to Access Legal. She began her career in Eugene F. Collins solicitors before moving to London for a number of years where she gained both in house and law firm experience. Niamh advised on insurance law matters and worked with multinational clients such as LLoyds on behalf of a London private practice. Upon returning to Ireland Niamh joined Agustus Cullen Solicitors working in areas of employment law, litigation and other commercial law matters. She has also worked in the Incorporated Law Society of Ireland.

Caitriona joins Access Legal having worked with McCann Fitzgerald and Arthur Cox solicitors. She is a banking and corporate lawyer with over 8 years experience advising on syndicated multi-jurisdictional acquisition finance facilities, mergers and acquisitions, lease finance arrangements and hire purchase agreements, for multi-national companies and financial institutions. Caitriona also acted as legal counsel in one of Ireland s leading insurance companies providing a range of financial and company law advice during her time there. She is also a lecturer on the Professional Practice Courses in the Incorporated Law Society of Ireland.

Wendy is an Employment Law Specialist. She also handles commercial litigation and tax matters. She qualified as a solicitor in 2003 and has recently been admitted to the roll in England and Wales.

Wendy began her career working in taxation with Price Waterhouse Coopers and moved to William Fry's in 2005 to work in the firm's Employment and Benefits unit. In 2006, Wendy moved to Deloitte where she set up the employment law service line and liaised with tax, audit and management consulting colleagues in relation to developing the service line both internally and externally and gaining new clients. Wendy left Deloitte in 2009 and at the end of that year set up her own practice specialising in employment law, commercial litigation and taxation

Peter has over 10 years experience of providing professional advice to clients and has recently worked in A&L Goodbody Solicitors. He has worked in accountancy, tax and legal practices. He started as a Tax Trainee in a mid-sized accountancy firm and then trained as an Apprentice Solicitor in a general practice law firm. Once qualified, he worked as a Tax Consultant in a boutique tax practice, Purcell McQuillan Tax Partners Limited, thereafter he worked as a Banking & Commercial Conveyancing Solicitor in a well known law firm, Noel Smyth & Partners and for the last few years he has worked as Corporate Tax Lawyer in A&L Goodbody Solicitors.
